Terms not previously defined shall be interpreted in accordance with their assigned meanings as defined in our Terms & Conditions Policy.
SASSYS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend this Return Policy, either in whole or in part, without any obligation to provide prior notification of such amendments. It is recommended that you review this Return Policy before placing any orders.
SASSYS will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labels. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be (i) initiated by the customer up to 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows "delivered" status) of receiving all items in the order; and (ii) shipped back to us to the destination declared within the invoice patch for a refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package/item delivery date and time.
Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return, as per our sole discretion.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item or , or any other event that is not in our control.
Please allow SASSYS up to 2 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
SASSYS will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
If a mandatory law applies differently to one of the provisions of this Return Policy, that law shall exclusively govern that specific provision and not the Return & Refund Policy as a whole.
